The Paraplegic Association of Drama, was established in 1993 and is based in the city of Drama. It is lodged in the groundfloor of a building granted by the Municipality of Drama, which is used, both, as an office and a meeting place for the members.

Executive board - Audit Committee
The executive board consists of five elected members. The audit committee consists of three elected members. The general assembly elects both, the executive board and audit committee which a duration of three years.

Members
Members of the association can be all adults, physically disabled people from the area and not only the city of Drama. Only physically disabled people can be regular members and participate in the elections of the association. Honorable member can be anyone who appreciates, supports and contributes in any way the objects of the association.

Means
The income of the association comes from the annual membership, donations and events that the association will organize and are of common interest.

Goals
The aim of the association is to create the conditions for the formation of such a social awareness so that disabled normality can be accepted as an autonomous existence and as a deferent conception of life
