NEWSLETTER FEBRUARY-MARCH '04 (editorial)

For this issue we have integrated the newsletters of February and March into one version. The main reasons for this action are threefold:
- Firstly to ensure that we provide you with complete and concrete information on hot issues about disability and ICT;
- Secondly, to consider this consolidated two-month version as experimentation for a possible future bimonthly newsletter;
- Thirdly, to focus instead on sending to our members more regular updated news on current and potential calls for proposals and forthcoming events suitable for organizations that represent people with disabilities after such request from many of our members.

This year, we should encourage all people with special abilities to participate at the education sector in such a way so that to enhance their position in the society.
We should stimulate all those active in the fields of education (including schools, tertiary education and adult education), training, youth and culture to think about equal opportunities for people with special abilities.
